1 Week Update

  1. Today I officially hit the one week mark. I know it's only a small step in my NoFap journey, but I'm proud of myself. I just have to keep it up. Lately I've had trouble falling asleep. When I lay down in bed a lot of thoughts start going through my head. I usually think about events that happened during the day, what's going to happen tomorrow, and some of the girls I like. I try to clear my head of any thoughts, but it's difficult. Thoughts keep popping into my head. I don't drink any caffeinated beverages before bed. Recently I stopped using electronic devices an hour before bed and that helped, but I don't know why I'm having trouble falling asleep now. Another problem I've been dealing with is discomfort in my crotch. I think this may be caused by my pants. Has anyone ever dealt with this before? If so, do you know why I have this problem and how it can be solved? In just one week of abstaining from porn and masturbation I noticed myself becoming more social. If I keep it up my social anxiety will hopefully go away. That will conclude my 1 week update. I will be posting more updates in the future. Thank you to everyone who read this.
