I'm sorry for my ignorance, but I meant no porn and no masturbation for a year. As for sex with another person, with your partner is fine, but no betrayals, no perversions, no prostitutes or easy fuck in bars etc. that cloud the mind, mislead, corrupt and make us fall into oblivion. And of course no alcohol, ok to a beer, a glass of wine for dinner, but no more. No absolute to get drunk and marijuana etc..

and today is 11 weeks NO-PMAD
