Hello i'm here to share my success (?) story. to cut a long story short i've been porn free 380 days, except i've been exposed to random images of ADS mainly from cellphone where i dont have ad blockers. My story with hard mode is very complicated, i've been on numerous streaks of 10/15 days, my best being 30 days. During this "long" streak developed what seemed like a prostatitis/urinary tract infection, which i'm still battling. Basically it started with some liquid coming out, and some days later it got worse with my underwear sometimes totally covered in yellow liquid that turned green when dryied. I though it may have been some STD since i had a GF, who maybe had cheated me but i checked with urethral swab, and urine and sperm and all came clean. At today i still have liquid coming out but very minor and no pain, but i'm struggling and antibiotic only take it away for a day or two. I say it was fault of hard mode becouse it all started everytime i absteined. Today i don't feel really rebooted, but i'm happy of my year without porn and really looking for an other year porn free. I think removing porn from your life is a long long journey, but it makes you a better person. Have you all a good and nice day M.
This can't be NoFap related I don't think as you said you have a girlfriend and assumed you've been having sex for the 380 days. Problems like this would make more sense if you had been doing no PMO but abstaining just from porn shouldn't cause any physical problems like this, only possible ED at the beginning from what I've heard. Maybe check back with your doctor and see if there are any underlying problems, congrats on the 380 days porn free though.

bro, you should really check yourself for gonorrhea, i had it once, and the symptoms sound pretty much like yours, it requires a specific antibiotic...
