Hi guys!
It's been a year + since the last time I have watched porn. I am greatful to say that.
Thank you for being an owesome community. and even though I did'nt use the website all the time, the fact that I knew that this forum is available helped me to overcome my deepest strugles.

I hope to everyone to succeed as I did in their strugle and be good persons!

Hi man. To be honest, I don't know. I think it's kind of uniqe to each one of the forum members. I believe that some people find woman attraction as higher since they have more time for themselves and hence can develop themselves in different areas of life-include meeting with woman. Regards the energy, well I think my energy rose a little bit. I am might more impulsive but at the same time working quicker and effectively. Altough I got my first "real job" only after I started to inhibit myself from porn so I don't have a place to compare between my current job to jobs I worked at in the past.

Hi man, I feel very good in terms of emotional respect for myself. I recall that porn made me feel upset about myself for using this service which is filthy and not well for me. I feel obliged right now to promote my message to everyone here that it is worth it to stop using porn. It is enhancing your life in so many ways. For example I stopped look at women like sexual object. I think about them as human beings. If some girls are not my type so I don't demand myself to talk with them and escalate things with them. I belive that I worth a lot and I will find someone that I believe is worth as well.
There is no reason to settle for less than you want. You should find a companionship that suits you.

Another subject that improved a lot during this period is my physical strength. I feel much more powerful and willing to do stuff that I didn't before. Because it makes you to take yourself to the limit and then break this limit! It is a wonderful thing , to let go you comfort zone and start being a king of your kingdom!

I wish you all a great year and great challenges breaking and success in all your life areas!

For the first 7 months I didn't masturbate. Since then I broke down a little bit and decided to masturbate sometimes. Now however I havn't masturbate for more than 2 months. So I am happy for that. It's started to feel good again about the feelings of appreciation for myself in that matter. I hope I will succeed to continue not masturbating anymore for my whole life.
