Let's see:

I first looked at porn as a 13-year-old kid when my friend forced me to look at his father's magazines. I won't count that.

I regularly watched pornography since some time around this time of year in 2008, so that's 13 years, right? Okay, 13 x 365 = 4,745. 4,745 * 10 ÷ 100 = 475 days for 10% of my pornography-watching career.

I think today is day 5/475.

Accountability is key: I use my counseling appointments for this, and I come onto nofap regularly now that I relapsed several days ago. It was a binge too, so just no.

I'm on day six.

My coming onto nofap helps more than I can express. I can only talk to my counselor once a week about this within 45 minutes, and we need to talk about other things, so we can't spend that much time on PM. Nofap makes all the difference.
