This in an interesting challenge, I will join it!
Let's see; I think I first started to PMO when I was either 17, 16 or 15, definitely not earlier than 15—I am not sure about exact age so I will just go with 15, just to be safe—and I am 31 now so, not counting any breaks I had in between, that's 16 years! And 16 years is 5844 days, 10% of that is 584! I am on day 15 as of now; 569 days left to go!
