I will do it at least 661 days more, however, I am on vacation right now and have a pretty lousy internet connection. I will update daily again when I come home.

My recommendation: Don’t care about how many others are taking the challenge. Do it for your own good. Anything can happen and you are the only one who decide if you are going to succeed or fail with this challenge... maybe you will be the last one that hangs on to this challenge... imagine how you will feel when you succeed. You took the hardest challenge in the whole NoFap community and you succeeded!

Jesus, what a milestone. I am so happy for you. I’m in a similar situation: In around 18 days I will hit my best streak in 25 years.

 

Keep fighting. It will get better. Take cold showers and work out all the time. Sustained happiness will come. Persistence is key.
