10 day of social media log out challenge

    Friends we are in wrold we're social media rules our life. So, to break this addiction here "LOGOUT" challenge
    Symptoms of social media addiction:
    • Do you check your phone in every ten to twenty minutes just to stare at the updates on Facebook or Twitter?
    • Do you realize that when the internet is down, you change to a very inpatient and purposeless being?
    • Do you update every event of your life on social media and count the number of likes you have gathered?
    • Do you think that social media is better than living in reality?
    • Do you spend hours on social media and remain isolated?
    If your answers to the queries mentioned above are mostly yes, you should accept that you’re also in the sturdy chains of social media addiction.

    Rules:
    1. Tern off notifications of all social media sites in phones
    2. Buy an alram clock
    3. Use social media only for 1 hour.
    4. Log out after each session. No excuses.
    5. Use social media sites not apps
    All best for first 10 days of LOGOUT challenge.

    This is my first LOGOUT day challenge
    I feeling it was little bit hard but, success with out hardwork is not worth it.
