10 Days Challenge

Day 5. Halfway through the challenge so to speak.
Today I felt emotional, not gonna lie. Also partly bc of frustration, when I was exercising, even after warming up for half an hour, the pain in my elbow came back and I couln't do my favourite exercises at all. It's been months now. But I focused on the rehab exercises that I have discovered quite recently. Atleast I'm being consistent with those. And atleast I feel the pain is reduced by about 30% now. So, let's focus on that. And I'm not out of shape anyway, so I'm gonna be patient for a few weeks with those rehab exercises.
And this retention journey is going well aswell. So, heads up!

I repeat this, and it works (most of the time).

Do I want to do it?
Yes, I want to.

But I'm not gonna do it.
I'd rather do other things.
