    I honestly can't believe I made it 10 days so far. I won't lie and say I feel amazing because I'm feeling the urges like crazy now. But I do feel clear headed and have loads of energy. I originally started NoFap to just quit p and I continued to m but I quit that too and it's a good feeling.

    Going for 10 more days.
