10 months of nofap reboot/ but not responsive to visual cues ?

Hopefully when you see your girlfriend again things will kickstart in that area. I've never done NoFap without somewhat regular sex so I can't relate or give you an explanation. But maybe physical touch and all the rest of it will get things going again. If you're all healthy in terms of your physiology, I wouldn't worry too much about it.
