    2. The girls I have sex with are there whenever I want them and they make no demands on me
    3. In my fantasies I am desirable to everyone I am attracted to
    4. It is a weapon. So there wife, take that! That's what happens when you nag
    5. It is something for me, a pleasure
    6. Maybe frequent ejaculation is keeping me young..(I read that somewhere)
    7. It is something to do when bored or feeling bad about myself
    8. It is something to do when feeling good about myself.."tarzan yell"
    9. It is quick, just a couple of minutes
    10.It is relaxing.

    1. I have objectified women, am falling out of love with my wife and risk losing my family.

    All ten are pure personal reasons, but the last reason involves hurting and losing people u care about.
    Just forget about the 10 reasons and just focus on how much pain the last reason would do in consequences, u will find it much easier to stop that way i think

    Someone once said to me that they were able to quit chewing
    Tobacco because their mentor told them that real men don't need it. Can you imagine some of your beloved
    Fictional heroes utilizing porn? I think that real men don't need
    Porn and that it does more harm then good on our character. That's why I've decided to quit it.

    Thanks no_fap23. You are right of course but 30 years of habit is hard to break. i would jump in front of a bus for my kids but it is really weird how the mind works.

    Strangely I don't use porn, I imagine sex with the mums at school, the neighbour, old girlfriends from my past...
