100 Days NoFap Challenge To Meet A New & Strong Self In Year 2023

The journey to quit porn addiction, it may be hard and frustrating as hell, but it's not impossible.
But remember you can do it & only you have to do it, there's no any Genie in the world who will come to you and will serve you ur dream in the plate.
You have to work hard for yourself and your dreams.
There's a rule of jungle, those who fight will survive. Same applies to us, we have to fight with our urges and bad habits.
Thus get up and be brave and fight till last breath, so that at last day of your life u won't regret that I have spent my whole life in addictions rather u will have sense of satisfaction that "though I wasn't free from my addictions but I never stopped fighting them, i didn't give up".
Take the challenge and meet your new self in the next year.

Hi I have started my nofap journey in last week of October, so i have completed around 37-38 days streak. And in the span of one month I'm experiencing many results like
  1. reduced hair fall like before nofap I used to lose 20-30 hairs, now it's hardly one in a day or two,
  2. I have got rid of dandruff
  3. I always used to scratch my head but that also gone
  4. Most importantly I like to socialize with new people
  5. I'm experiencing that now I can focus/ concentrate on my studies better
Currently I am preparing for an exam, tomorrow I will share how nofap is helpful in my studies.

Hi I have started my nofap journey in November. This journey is kinda bumpy because i am a beginner also a school student so you know. But we have to remember that:
Life is cruel, destructive and frightening until or unless you make it in your way.

WE ARE THE DESCENDANTS OF ARYANS, YODHAS , SPARTANS AND SO ON. WE ARE BORN TO PROTECT. WE WILL JUST LIKE OUR ANCESTORS.

I can tag along. Just over a month clean now. My plan now is just to give up Porn and Masturbation permanently (I don't see a healthy space for it in my life as I'm an addict). I see shorter challenges throughout as helpful in tackling the larger goal a piece at a time.

I’m in. Day 3 here. 34, dealing with PMO since 16. I’m over this as I want to conquer PIED, get mental clarity, and deal with the onrushing challenges of life-including my dad being in the hospital.

I’m not going to give up the fight. Appreciated the opening post re the law of the jungle. Fall 7 times, get up 7 times
More power to you warrior, and I prey for your dad. Take good care of your dad. I'm amazed that you are dealing with such a hard time but still you didn't up on your self improvement journey, you are really a warrior.
HARD TIME CREATE STRONG MEN & STRONG MEN CREATE GOOD TIME.

By conquering small challenges you prepare yourself for bigger challenges. So if you aren't comfortable with long streak challenge then you can first do small small challenges like 5, 7, 10, 15 days challenges first then move to a month, the 1½ month and so on. JUST STAY ON THE BATTLEFIELD AND NEVER GIVE UP.

I'm in bro
Please give me some tips to conquer the urges
Honestly speaking i have failed this NoFap challenge so many times. I'm trying to maintain a good streak since 2019, in year 2020 i have the longest streak of 36 days, it took me 2 years to break my own longest streak, this year in the month of October ( at 22nd or 23rd of Oct) I have started again and now I'm proud to say that I broke my own streak, today I have completed 40 days, 5 days more and I will reach 1½ month target.
It's not like between my 36 days longest streak and current streak i haven't tried NoFap Challenge. In these 2 years I took this NoFap Challenge 30-40 times, means i failed 40 times, but I didn't give up.
So one thing I will tell you that doesn't matter how many times you fail, it feels really bad when you relapse, your inner self criticises you, you feel worthless, you feel ashamed of yourself, you will experience everything and many more worse than this but don't give up on taking this challenge again and again until u succeed.
Second thing, what different did I do this time, as a result I was able to maintain such a long streak?
This time I was preparing for competitive exam and I have to study with focus, because I didn't have any job till now (as I have completed my graduation 1½ years ago and I'm 24 now) and I was just aimless. I was fearful that if I don't study for this exam then I'm going to be poor and live a mediocre life. And i didn't have the option of job because no one was ready to give me any job as I didn't have any required skill. So I'm not able to explain that in words in what situation I was but basically I was in DO OR DIE SITUATION. Then I started studying for the exam and when I started preparing for exam i realised that I'm already 5-6 months late because aspirants start preparing for this exam in month of March and i have started my preparation on 15th of July. But summoned all the courage and started studying daily for around 10 -12 hrs. Currently I study for around 14-16 hrs. And that's how I have completed my whole syllabus in last month and i have started revision, having my exam in the month of February.
So the point of this whole story is this time I have started my NoFap challenge but I didn't give much attention to the challenge, instead I remained focused on my studies because of which I didn't get too much urges. I had no free time, and there was no space in between for porn thoughts to come.
And in this 4-5 months of journey i relapsed only 2 times that also because I was not studying those days. I used to take one day break whenever I feel like and it's in the these break phase I relapsed. So whenever you are free yoa will hit an urge to watch porn and masturbate.
So I would suggest you to have a major goal in life and associate your NoFap Challenge with that goal so that you will get double benefits, one is your focus will be improved because of NoFap which will be helpful in your goal and second is as you will focus mainly on goal thus it will be easy to maintain a long NoFap streak. Don't think much about how many days streak I have maintained.
