    Sorry brothers, I was late to reply today because I had my exams and had to revise it. But SPARTANS!!, we will not back from our words. We should embrace masculinity and reject mordernity. Those ancestors of our fight with lions, tigers and dragons. We will not step back. Come on brothers, I know you all can do this. We, in this community, will be the best of the best. So keep your spirits up.

    All there are some tips and advices i want to give( if you are not interested you can scroll down)

    • Whenever you wake up, try to wake up early. Don't lie in bed or doze off. Jump into the air and land on the ground. Think that , " This will be a good day for me".

    • Go for a jog, walk, run and exercise your muscle as much as you want. God has send us to this world, to sculpt our body to the max.

    • Go for some meditation. It is mental remedy to prevent any lewd thoughts or etc to enter.

    •Always go for cold showers. They cool down our urges.

    • Try to control your emotions. As it can hamper our surroundings. As we are doing nofap journey, there are some circumstances, where you will be aggressive, sensitive and excited. Try to suppress that.

    Think a thousand times before replying
    – Chanakya.
    I know you all can do this. I believe in you.

    • Even if you feel that some urges are coming toward you, try to avoid it. Make some kind of distraction e.g Remind yourself why you are doing nofap, so that you break that boundry or my favourite one, punch yourself as hard as you can.
    Also you can distract yourself by:
    - learning a new skill
    - bond socially with other. ( not in mobile or PC or tablet)

    I think that's all i can give from my experience. If anybody has some more tips advice. Please share with us. Also you share your journal.

    On day 33 now and I've definitely experienced a reduction in the amount of urges I have and general intensity of the urges I do experience. The first week, days 12-15, and a couple of days toward the end of the first month were the most difficult stretches so far for me with urges and triggers. The urges are still there. Sometimes they are still very intense. In general though, the frequency of urges is down and most of the ones I do experience are less intense. I continue to get better at dealing with the urges that come, but that is due to the fact that I am continuing to stay vigilant and managing my plan for any upcoming urges (i.e. I am not slacking off or becoming complacent with my planning and routine). Also, I find that my mind is generally less obsessed on sex than when I started out. Physically, I would say I have a small increases in energy, focus, and alertness along with feeling less distracted and more present in the day-to-day normal life scenarios.
     
  4. Thanks so much my friend. Found your message really encouraging. I’ll keep fighting-that’s what must be done. I’m not going to weaken myself and screw up the progress I’ve made thus far. Besides, I need my full mental physical and emotional faculties. To burn off stress (my dads been in the hospital since Wednesday-getting moved to cardiac ICU tonight, probably going to be here a couple of more days)-I’ve worked out each day (Thursday/Friday/Sat/Sun-30 minutes heavy weights), kept my home clean and organized, journaled, and connected to friends/prayed to keep strong. Listening to YouTube seminars (recommend Mark Queppet) has been immensely helpful

    I have experienced the same, if you focus on learning something new or acquiring a new skill, your chances of relapse are very low.
    And the course summary would be very helpful for everyone, so waiting for that:emoji_grin:.

    Well wet dream doesn't count as relapse but you can meditate and take cold shower to avoid that.

    Any suggestions to avoid having wet dreams.
    I am having hard time maintaining my streak because of wet dreams. If I abstain from masturbation then I am having wet dreams per week and its literally impossible for me as I can't control my subconscious .
