100 days of not fapping

    Finally made it to 100 days(beat my 60 something day streak) of not fapping and only thing i need to work on now is to stop peeking at porn.. But however i can say that holding my seed has made me a better person im a bit more confident now, I've noticed that i have a lot of energy to burn even though im fat, bad things hardly ever happen to me now and those are the only benefits i have experienced and im glad..
