    P used to be my daily resort.
    For 15 years i have spent between 30 and 40 min each day on p. ( imagine the time wasted)

    It has been more than 100 days p free.
    So if we do the calculations i have saved around 4000 minutes that i reinvested in my personal growth where i now do written affirmations , breathing Excercises or rebounding on a trampoline.
    It is 2.77 full days.:rolleyes:

    Glad for you! Great progress. Once I made similar calculations for time I spend online on social media and another junk sites. For my 23 years I spent almost half a year on nothing there.
