100 Days Without P or M - The Ultra Marathon (Started on May 15, 2020)

    20 days completed!

    Once I looked at sexy models on instagram. But I understood this wasn't ok. So I took it as a lesson and now i won't stare at sexy instagram models consciously. It happened like 3 days ago. I'm happy and excited as i restrained myself quickly and I didn't afterwards search for porn and relapse. That's exactly the reason i will avoid this habbit. But I am determined if this happens again in the future i will reset my counter.

  2. 22 days free. I feel my strength bolstered by my accomplishment, though I did have a dream about watching porn last night... I won't let my twisted mind get to me. Let's keep going!

  4. Check in day 21. proud of where I have come up to.
    But a part of me is starting to feel very uncomfortable......
    It is kind of like 2 sides to me, my sensible side is saying no, my impulsive side is also saying no, but it is having a few urges to deal with.
    Also the fact I am so close to my pb of 25 days, I am starting to feel 'disconnected with the world'
    Perhaps because the new experience is so raw to me?
    Cant seem to focus today at all today - very different to the week I had so far

  6. It’s good to be uncomfortable. That means you are changing for the better. That’s exciting that you are about to exceed your personal best. It will be a boost of confidence and will help you go far. On these days where it is hard to focus it is good to keep our mind distracted. Find something constructive to think about and don’t let your mind wander into the forbidden.

  8. In my earlier post also I have mentioned the same thing that those who are have highly addictive nature going to experience some miserable days b/w 20-23 days!
    But don’t worry as and when time passes, everything is going to be alright so till then stay strong.
    Once you cross 30 day’s everything will come under your control(little bit)

  10. I think it's bad way of thinking about addiction, that it's more in control after like 30 days into Nofap, since this kind of thinking lowers your guard and makes it even easier to relapse than before, when your guard was up.

    Sad to report that I will not be continuing this race with you guys. I hope that many of you do get to day 100 and I look forward to looking in and reading some great progress reports and victory celebrations! Thanks @Jefe Rojo for including me. /out

  14. Yes, once it gets easier to control the urges the challenge becomes staying strong and vigilant and not letting your guard down.

I'm really sorry to see this too - but I remember the advice in one of your posts, you said we have more better days than worse days on nofap - and our progress is always there to see, we are always improving. It's been good fun doing this streak with you and hopefully be good to do it again someday soon too. Take care and if you have relapsed, I hope it isn't effecting you too hard (chaser effect) if it is, feel free to drop a message back on here.
