Alright guys, Let's fo some push ups!
Except for Sunday! We'll take a Rest!
Day 1 - DONE.
You have my support, I already did my workout today, which consist of at least 200-300 push ups(I workout every day), so I will try to keep this thread alive
I'll try my best to hit down 300 Push Ups each day for a year and more.
I'll also try to start a thread regarding 100 Abs Workout and Biceps and Triceps and Squid everyday...
I'll add that Face wirkout too, as it makes men look handsomely handsome! - I'll try my best for now, Happy for you to join!
Day 2 - DONE.
Day 2 done, I did leg workout and running today, but I also did 1 round of 100 wide push ups
Day 3 - DONE.

Day 4 - DONE.
I forgot to check in yesterday, check for today. I hope more guys will participate in this challenge, I`m sure there are a lot of nofappers who work out regularly.

Check today, I don`t know what Face workout is, but It sounds freaky
There are certain face muscles that requires you to work on...
