109 days in but I have urges to watch

    So I'm 109 days and yes I feel major differences on my outlook on life and how I act and think and my moods etc, but right now more than any other time in this journey do I have massive urges to just watch internet porn. Why am I feeling like his now what do you guys do when you get an urge to relapse because right now I am struggling to fight these incredible feelings trying to get me to relapse! Help!!

    im around 100 and i've been feeling the same. Its just that we remember ''good times'' thats all. its been a while since we've seen that. It's natural. But don't forget why you have started this. not because you could start watching porn after few months. Pron does not have positive effects on us. Thats enough to know

    Is this because you are not active? The urges usually show up and get stronger when you are at home alone and doing nothing. Is it the unsafe environment around you making you wanting to watch porn?

    Its because our testosterone will be high and we are healthy and small things like pictures will be biggest urge but we should learn to live with it . its the rewiring process for the Brain

    I have plenty of things that keep me occupied, I do spend a bit of time alone but when I get an urge I find something to do to take my mind off it, but the urges and just getting stronger and stronger.

    Thanks for reply your right in saying that porn does not have a positive effect and in no way do I want to watch it again, it has ruined my life enough to fight these urges

    Testosterone certainly is very high right now, it would be nice to find someone to share my new found sexual desires with and waste it on pmo. I never realised the brain would take this long to rewire.
