Hey guys, I’m 11 days off PMO, but I’m struggling a little bit, last night and this morning we’re tough. I was extremely close to relapsing both last night and this morning, but I fought the urges off. I also broke a streak for the longest I’ve gone without porn or masturbation. It's great that you are advancing with your streak. But remember that motivational quotes from others might be helpful for short amount of time. You can read that, get all pumped up and at the end of the day you can still relapse badly. I've been there bro. You need to ask yourself why are you doing it. Set yourself some goal. And everytime you will face urge to fap and watch porn again think about that for a second. Is it worth it? To blow away all that progress? To be submissive to that kind of stuff? Literally watching other guy fucking girl that you would like to fuck. Come on, you can be better than that!
Do some productive stuff except damaging yourself more, you can beat that urges man.

It's ok man, don't worry. But don't give reasons like I didn't watch porn or I watched porn but didn't masturbate. The whole point of doing a reboot is to stop having sexual thoughts and lead a normal life. So think about it and do a better job next time.
