Went to doc. He said all bloods and Doppler look fine. Did NoFap with 110 nopmo and 60 nofap, still pied. Not hardmode, have sex with GF on Ed pills. What to do? Does it take longer?

Yes 2 months no pmo is nothing. Promise yourself one year no pmo mo and restrict social media. I managed 225 days last year and it helped alot so im gonna do 1 year starting from now JOIN ME!!!

I think that depends on how long you have been fucking yourself up with porn. If in the past you have been able to have sex with girls without ed medication then maby you should be ok. I always think the best solution for a full recovery is to completely abstain. So maby try the full 3 months, without sex mo/pmo. Another thing is pmo and mo arnt that much different in my opinion mo for me kept me in the same place. Just with a little less guilt and shame as pmo. Rewiring with a partner is important so maby try full 3 months clean then go back to it maby libido and ability to maintain an erection with be back in full force!

Thanks a lot for your reply. I was able to have sex normally. I think they last 2-3 years really fucked me up tbh. My problem is I can't really go hardmode for 3 months. I haven't told my GF about this issue and I am just trying to stick to no pmo and no mo. I think I noticed some benefits.

Have you visited a Urologist? You should. People need to understand that NoFap doesn't rule out/substitutes actual therapy. Whether it's physical or mental.

I did. Did all the blood tests for hormones and got a Doppler. All is fine. Any further recommendations?
