12 Days clean from PMO, 5 from MO

About 13 days ago, I was escaping for hours of the day. Every free minute I had I was on my phone doing escapism. Porn, Video Games, Fantasy shit. Anything to ignore and push away my pain. But I was feeling pain because I was constantly running away from my life.

Now, after almost 2 weeks without Porn. I can say that I feel better. Not optimal, but better. I know that the flatline will eventually come and that it will be though. It already can get tough. But I feel like I got all the tools I need to stay clean.
I'm doing a hardmode reboot. Decided that around one week of being clean from Porn. I feel like Its easier to stay clean like this.
Im also going to quit Masturbation for life because I see that I can't have sexual satisfaction every day. It's not natural, it's a modern day problem.

I worked out today and I did Yoga. It felt great to do these things. Also I meditated 2x. This morning I almost fell asleep during my meditation but it was worth it to get up earlier.

I'm journalling, writing things down and watching a YouTube video a day over Porn addiction and how to deal with it. I feel like I'm on a good path this time. I'm not white knuckling it anymore and that feels good. Also, I have a call planned tomorrow with a girl from my class. We will discuss the details of going to a museum on Saturday. So I am pretty excited for that.

During my PMO days, I would never have the confidence to ask a girl ouy. Or it wouldnt be in a good, confident way as it is now. I'm pretty happy. But I know that I can't give her sex, I will explain this to her eventually, if it ever gets so far. Who knows.
