12 step programme for porn addiction?

    Does anyone have experience with attending 12 step programmes for porn/sex addiction specifically? I am contemplating whether to attend one but I have absolutely no idea what to expect.

    I'm involved in SAA. There are lots of porn addicts there but behaviors extend to all types of sex addiction. The twelve steps are really helpful. You don't have to do anything if you don't wish to. Most meetings involve some reading, some sharing, and a serenity prayer.
