12 step recovery?

I have found it amazingly successful. I've been sober from alcohol and drugs for almost 15 years. Only recently acknowledged my arousal addiction, and I'm striving to practice the 12 steps regarding this problem. I'm happy to help you take a 12 Step journey if your interested.

One of the biggest challenges with arousal addiction is that, unlike alcohol, I don't wish to be completely abstinate from all arousal for the rest of my life! I'm married and enjoy a wonderful relationship with my wife. So my 12 Step journey with my sex life is more a matter of finding a spiritual basis for my sexuality, and seeking strength and guidance through my spirit regarding "how" and "when" I engage sexually with my wife.

I've guided others through the 12 steps over the phone, via letters/email, and in person. Happy to seek a way to helpful to you if you're interested.
