120 day challenge

  1. "This won't happen again, I promise." said I to myself after I fapped today. Did I mean it ? Who am I doing it for ? Why am I doing it ? Nobody. Just for myself. To have something that others won't. To get something outta life. It was just Day 3 and I had just started realizing what Porn had done to me so now I masturbated without Porn. Does it make a difference ? No !
    To everyone reading this. I take a pledge upon my life that after starting NoPMO today I WILL NEVER BREAK IT AGAIN !!   7. Day 2! Never felt any happier. As I started my NoPMO, I inhibited many different habits. I exercise daily, read books in my free time (books not just of school portion) and also go for a walk or go to the park and play !
    NoFap is really great. Till now I just used to hear about it. But never felt it. But not as I am feeling it, it seems life changing. =D

  8. Day 3. Damn tired after the exercises and almost had no strength to even type all this. Stuff going great in school. Mind is balanced and so is body :):):D

  11. Day 4. I dunno why but I had a massive urge today.. I almost typed all that horrible stuff but did not watch. Phew it was very close. Anyways I also started Caliasthenics. Its dang tiring.

    Yesterday was a bad day.... i masturbated very often, 4 times in 3 hours, porn is hell.... now i start at day 0!

  18. Well relapsing is good. You can get to know where all you lack and start back stronger. But try your best to avoid triggers or turning to porn no matter how bad the day goes. One thing that I do is just go to the shower. Have bath in hot shower. Sitting and relaxing listening to the kind of music that fits my mood. I usually listen to it on my iPod or a device on which I cannot surf porn. Good Luck with your journey :emoji_punch::emoji_thumbsup::emoji_thumbsup:
