120 days for that !?

I spent more than 120 days no PMO, I had some problems on the way, however when I arrived I failed 5 days in a row. Every time I masturbated, I felt very sleepy afterwards. It seems that I lost my motivation, how can I spend 120 days hard and fail miserably 5 days in a row?
I need some purpose can someone help me?

That is up to you to figure out your purpose. Listen to duprees speech from 'you me and dupree'. That helped me a little. Its the main one in front of the kids at school. The ending speech is good too.

Don't beat yourself up, man! It happens to the best of us. I have once gone 160 days it has been in 2019 May. Since then I only went till 60 days once. and then I relapsed on day 60. So what I am trying to say, is we did it once, we can do it again....lets work actively and learn from relapse.
