    Hii Myself raj my age is 20 but i started masturbation at age 15.In short due to masturbation i failed in every aspect of my life and i realised that i am very dumb person in the world.And I depressed in daily life and cry every day lonly.i decide and think every day for sucide.but one day i watch about nofap on YouTube and start nofap.
    1st nofap- 35 days
    2nd nofap-90 days
    ...... But i failed many times but i don't loose hope.and again started nofap this nofap since 125+ days.



    But i not discover any changes in my body.i face nightfall every alternate day.my face is so dull.and again i started depressed.
    Only change in my life is no any wrong thought in my mind.and start meditation and focus on my goal.nightfall ruined my daily life.but i continue my nofap.

    You do semen retention or just nofap?? I mean, if you are in a relationship with a girl and you ejaculate frequently, NoFap is almost useless. You have to retain your semen. And even if you retain it, you should exercise, study, read books. Generally, you should be active in your life someway. Maybe you should think why you are depressed. If there are certain reasons that cause depression, you have to find them and ''fight'' them. Semen retention will help you to find and fight the reasons, but firstly you should try to find them.

    That is not correct, semen retention means you are doing hard mode, there is normal mode where you will be in a relationship and have sex, addiction to P is different from normal sex.

    I know its hard mode. But in my opinion, if you release your semen quite often, you lose too much energy. Also, you can have sex without ejaculating. I know its difficult, but its possible.

    I think by nightfall he means wet dreams. If you're getting wet dreams it means your pelvic muscles are not strong enough and you release easily. Try holding your piss in while you pee and contract your pelvic floor muscles. Do this every day. Pretty soon you won't be having wet dreams. Also dont look at triggers before sleeping.

    Τhere is a situation during night which makes you think that you are falling for a moment . I dont know the reason, but its true, i have exprerienced it. Then you wake up. Maybe he means that.

    After 80 days i made a month ago, i realized that NoFap give you energy and motivation to do stuff. If you do nothing with it, your life is not going to change. But if you do, it will really change for the better.

    I don't have many wet dreams but when I do, I take them as the "natural porn". You have been in the NoFap journey for a while, even if you have relapsed. Besides, your addiction was only 5 years, where most of us have the porn addiction for more than that.
    If I were you, every time I have a wet dream, I would take them as something good. Why is my brain doing this? Because he needs it, it is recovering and it is something beneficial. The only thing you need to completely avoid is internet porn. That's the unnatural and nocive porn you must avoid.

    Now i've abstrain from PMO for more than 5 months but iam having nocturnal emission atleast three times per month?How will be able to retain semen?

    Look, for me , wet dreams is not relapse. But, if you think its bad enough to be consider as a relapse, you have to do those 3 things in my opinion
    1) Minimaze sexual thoughts during day.
    2)Exercise(in order to use the sexual energy that you ''gather'' from semen retention).
    3) Search on google how PC muscle is related to avoidance ofwet dreams( i havent deeply searched it, but many people say it works)
    4)Cold showers before you go to sleep.
    5) if you believee in God, pray for this purpose.

    Dear Raj, dont worry about the night fall while nofap because you are an youngster.That is a normal way your body works.I advice you to do cardiovascular exercise and yoga on every alternative day and continue with meditation.Try to eat more vegetables and fruits and try to avoid foods that stimulate sex.Drink plenty of water and make sure you have urinated before sleep.You can get medical advice from an ayurvedic doctor too.All the best.

    Are you always thinking pervy things before sleeping?? Or like every alternate day? I mean do you edge by thinking this stuff ?? If so, then NoFap is useless for you. Semen retention is hard but hopefully(as I am not an expert myself) comes with lots of benefits. That's should be your main focus.

    It's only my opinion but loosing semen is a big deal. By doing PM only, we can just save some time but saving semen is hard but have more benefits. I mean all the energy required for transformation should not be wasted. A frequent O, like daily or every alternate day is still a big problem. If he or anyone does stuff with partner, should minimize it to extent that it should not hurt their relationship nor their bodies.

    Raj only practicing nofap is not going to help, my max streak was 15 days and i have seen incredible changes in body, I am a beginner and i relapsed recently. So here's the thing along with practicing nofap improve your current habits decide how you are going to spend your day. If you won't plan your daily schedule there are more chances of relapsing......
     
  17. I think a lot of people exaggerate what they experience, so don't let that detour you. I would say nofap is mostly about finding that motivation and drive that you might be lacking in your life to do other things. Getting a better body for instance will also require eating well and exercising. I recently cut out sugar and that is having about the same impact as nofap for me, so both together nofap and nosugar is like a 200% improvement in my life.

    I'm planning to go for team leader and then do crossfit and martial arts during the evenings so that I am exhausted every night.

    But right now with the hot summer it's hard to sleep during the day since it's 30+ celsius

    If I get this corrcectly then there are two points I could comment on, of course just my opinion. 1) If by nightfall you mean a wet dream/nocturnal emission, that is mostly natural. Usually the body has been realeasing a large amount of semen and even with nofap the production cycle continues. You'll tend to notice semen leakages on the week you're having wet dreams because the body is trying to get rid of the extra. We spend 5+ years on pmo, 3 months is a timeline where we could start to notice some recovery but it will take longer to be fully healed. So just try to understand that and take any changes in stride unless there is pain or a symptom of a disease etc. 2) I really do not believe the narrative of these miraculous benefits due to nofap, whether it's semen retention or whatever. Nofap will not change your life and you should not be expecting all these changes without doing anything productive. Of course you are functioning below your potential when you're spending too much time on pmo, your brain is hijacked and you do not focus on meaningful things, you do not appreciate natural relationships the same, the subconscious fear that you are failing or stuck causes depression etc. When you do nofap you simply have more time and a clearer head to focus on builiding your life. And things start to improve as you feel better about yourself. So do just that, build and improve your life. Study, get into relationships, pursue life goals etc. You'll of course be focusing more on these goals and achieveing them would be easier. But these just mean that you are functioning like a normal human being. Nothing special. So I really hate the narrative of 'benefits', it's enough to just get rid of an addiction and start living your life to the normal potential.
