    Hey bro, firstly congrulations. Have a question for you. I am in day 45 (hard mode) now and feeling extremly tired and little depressed. Is this the effect of flatline or am i making something wrong ?

    Typical flatline, your brain is rewiring.

    Tips:

    For urges: Play video games / go for a walk / read something

    For flatline: Exercise, eat healthy, try to socialize, make sure you get enough vitamin d and consider b6-supplement ( https://www.nofap.com/forum/index.p...ecovery-long-post-but-tl-dr-at-bottom.135163/ )

    It was a long time ago when I was a teen, but my advice is to not worry about things, go out and try to have fun, keep yourself occupied during NoFap.

    I feel like B-Complex (which contains 5mg of B-6) is actually perfect rather than just B-6 (I tried 100mg and 200mg)

    I see, I had a lot of benefits at 100 mg but I got so spaced out so had to cut down. We are all different. I feel that a B-complex is very good because B-vitamins affect the mind in a good way.

    I'm new to this forum. I wish I subscribed years ago and know not to mess up a lot of streaks from some success stories like yours. I've read some of other member posts and saw your comments when searching for answers on Google during the though times (withdrawals&flatline).

    Any update man on your flatline?

    If I can do it, you can absolutely do it :emoji_thumbsup:

    It's still there, but supplementing with a iron (14 mg) and zinc-supplement (30 mg zinc/0.3 mg copper) makes it much easier. I take these two because I rarely eat meat.

    OMG ...exactly the same here...just naps and naps and naps and eating sweets like an idiot :D I am so extremely unproductive these days..but I keep fighting :emoji_clap::emoji_clap:

    Fighting to stay above the water with an 80 days hardmode. Brain fog, head pressure, Flatline and body stiffness w/ pain are all I'm going through right as withdrawals.

    Have you had any big urges yet in your journey?
