@Primaris its too cold outside man Also before covid lockdown in my country (1week ago+-) my goal was weighlifting and building muscles -> you dont want to run too much to hurt your muscle growth, right now not feeling good -> like no energy -> hopefully not covid positive again
And I also relapsed -> I know I had some strong words @Primaris that I wont participate in november challenge if I cant hold it together, but no, I am going to participate because this challenge is the only challenge which motivates me and sets me in the line. Cant wait for november!
And I had such a great plan -> I even followed it and had very easy 2-3days, but today was stressful and I chose the easy way out instead of putting the fight. A bit sad about that, but yeah there is always another try and it starts right now!

Ah, I had to reset last night. A 14 day challenge may be slightly ambitious for me right now since the longest streak I've had in months is 4 days. I'm going to go try a 7-day challenge but rest assured, I'll be back soon!
