Hope you're OK? Do you think it's a PMO related thing, or maybe something like low iron levels? I used to get dizzy until I realised I wasn't getting enough iron..

Someone said sharing my secrets that act as triggers will be helpful so here goes nothing.
Whenever I go beyond a week I start getting these feelings of feeling sorry for myself. I start thinking of how I have never been loved back relationship-wise. I am a "good guy" and sex is not my main objective cause it's fornication b4 God So any girl I have developed feelings for in the past just ended up going for another guy for sex. One time I saw a girl I loved getting fucked and this memory haunts me until today. Other instances have happened just as hurtful with a few others I have come to develop feelings for. Whenever these memories come to mind I just go "Don't care mode" and find myself deep in porn trying to escape the thoughts. Am almost 30, no beard, no love, yet when I look around all my mates are in relationships, super beards which led me to convince myself that maybe fornicating is good. Porn has been a result of all these and not a cause. If anyone has any advice please help. I want to end this for good. I don't care about getting a girlfriend anymore, not even sure I can get one anyway now that I am hooked in porn in this messed up world where love is a result of lust/sex, I just want to end watching porn for good. I feel like I have wasted years loving the wrong people. I wish there was a memory wipe technology. I wouldn't mind forgetting everything and everyone and just having a fresh start.

Good on you for letting those thoughts out here. I know the pain of loneliness, esp. as friends our age form relationships and marry.

As I was reading your post, a scripture passage came to mind. It's 2 Cor 5:17-18. Sorry I don't know if you're Christian, but anyway the point is that it is possible to have a fresh start. Everyday, if necessary. This passage helps me when I fall in this or any area of my life, and reminds me not to dwell on past mistakes. God is merciful so we can change (with His help!), so let's change

"So if anyone is in Christ, there is a new creation: everything old has passed away; see, everything has become new! All this is from God, who reconciled us to himself through Christ, and has given us the ministry of reconciliation" (2 Cor 5:17-18)

And I like this song and it's lyrics, which include that same passage...
