Ok I'm starting now , already I'm over 2 weeks without porn but I resorted to masturbation if the urge for porn is strong. So, my new goal is 14 days without PMO. Wish me luck !

Yesterday was scary. Was tempted to look at pictures and also had a wet dream. One week after a relapse seems to be the most difficult for me.

Yesterday was a scary day , there is no problem in the morning . but in night time urges start to kick . I need to be careful of the night time, I keep saying to myself when I'm tempted to watch , that " I'm not a pornography watcher " and move on . don't know how long I can stay away from this , but I'm hopeful that I can overcome .
