I've been away for a while. Day 2/14 complete.

Day 0... I've failed so much lately. I know I can do this and I will, I'm not giving up!

Unfortunately, had a quick 2-day relapse, so I'm restarting.
The action I'm taking now is to use Window's scheduler to automatically turn my computer off at night. This will be a good way to force me away from my biggest trigger time.
