Day 0 again. No time to dwell on negativity, its a new opportunity to get my longest streak yet.. here we go again.

11/14, I almost relapsed. I constantly remind myself of why I started.

Day 12/14... Finally feeling better, my brain and balls yesterday and this morning were very demanding, my brain is freaking out, don't know what I am doing, so many years pmo

 

Day 5/14. First weekend out of 2 done, had a few small urges but they didn't really go anywhere.
