Still on day 1 of 14 - Checking my nofap messages to remain in the zone. The first few day of a challenge always feel like a grind Amazing!
Hi guys I would like to start this challenge. My all time high is no PMO for 8 days in normal circumstances. I want to get to No P for 14 days. Today is Day 1.
NOFAP COMMANDMENTS I am aware that Nofap is going to help me quit or reduce porn use, improve my relationship and reach my sexual health goals I should do Nofap because I want to get out of my masturbation addiction or from this compulsive behaviour. I am now aware that, if I don't do Nofap for 90 days I will continue with my compulsive behaviour which will cost me my time & energy which will stop or delay me from reach my career goals. My Future will be great ahead if I follow the hard mode of Nofap. In Future I will be more concentrated & successful in my career, I will be more confident, motivated and sexually more attractive. It is not just for me but also for my future life partner/spouse too. With Nofap I will have all the "Superpowers"
Thank The Creator! Just got passed Day 2 guys No P (2 days No PMO as well). I was having urges this morning after I slept. Urges caused by eating restaurant burgers family ordered last night Messaged friend after urges even though I didnt want to. We spoke and i went for a country drive and went through a list of daily reminders that reorient my mind/heart to my life purpose and goals and away from my vices Came home, ate yogurt/fruit (helps with urges) Ate some chips cuz they were lying around (the power of environment!) Washed up, Prayed, messaged my friend again Watched a few minutes of an inspiring video. Now Im posting here to update you guys. Next steps: Want to attend an SA meeting as well even if for only a few minutes make a tracking document for some examples of ideal days to aim for hour by hour, external actions as well as internal feelings/mindset. Ill be tracking how my days actually are, and comparing what i did vs what i aimed for. ill be reviewing this with my Coach/Counsellor so that I can comb through my day and find where I can make the most impactful changes.
