I would like to participate in this. My focus is until the end of the year. I will post every day. At one stage I did no PMO for nearly 6 months but have really struggled since then to keep a good streak up. I will get to the end of this year. Thanks

Day 6/14
Felt like relapsing sometimes but I didn't perform any of those thoughts. Right now I am feeling ok.

 

Day 1/14. It's always easy at the start. Once it gets harder is where I can see what I'm made of.

I have been to busy and to lazy post here again, but I actually got through the frist and secound day. Although I had a close call yesterday which might already be worth a reset, but I didnt touch myself and began to work out untill I was about to puke, which took care of the urge. So I decided not to call it a reset and keep going.
I am now at 2/14 this ist the morning of the third day
"Lets not pray for easy lifes, pray to be stronger men"

 

Starting day 1 today. To make it easier I'm going to switch off my phone.
