Day 6/14 Felt like relapsing sometimes but I didn't perform any of those thoughts. Right now I am feeling ok.
I have been to busy and to lazy post here again, but I actually got through the frist and secound day. Although I had a close call yesterday which might already be worth a reset, but I didnt touch myself and began to work out untill I was about to puke, which took care of the urge. So I decided not to call it a reset and keep going. I am now at 2/14 this ist the morning of the third day "Lets not pray for easy lifes, pray to be stronger men"
Nearly half way there. I am finding that if I limit my phone use to one period a day it really helps with this challenge and helps my focus.
