Day 2 completed.
Being away from home all the time prevents me from doing anything, which is good.
Day 10 was yesterday and today was day 11.
In the morning I was at school. In the afternoons I went out to eat with a friend, in the evenings i played football.
So far so good, but I dreamed that I was being tempted.
I accept the 14 day challenge having completed the 7 day one
Day 1 begins tomorrow!

M the last few days, but no P. Day 1/14 starting fresh
Day 11 completed.... now on to Day 12... 3 days to conquer this challenge... _/\_ _/\_
And just like that I'm back to 0 again. Starting to feel like this may be hopeless.

I finished 7 days challenge. Next goal: 14 days!!
The benefits of don't PMO are incredible. I'm feeling really smart and strong guy. With humility of course, because it isn't easy.
Checkin in on Day 6. It is getting a little harder now ;-) Last night i couldn´t sleep and felt really helpless without being able to medicate with PMO but i saw through it and am still on track...

Day 4 starts now, be a man, don't let any addiction to control your life.
Don't give up, learn from your relapses, I feel you and your pain.
And after times of struggle just like that you'll find yourself at the day 7 and then 14 and you'll complete this challenge , and then you'll acquire insight that maybe this is not useless after all... you got this.
Day 4: it is getring better, I am so glad that I have so much time to do more artistic work.
