Day 8 and 9/14, urges are still there, did a lot of exercise instead of giving in.
Day 1, Starting again.
Relapsed an hour ago guys, I know this would've happened because I slipped up a lot yesterday. First time in forever I haven't felt guilty, I will learn from this mistake and come back stronger than before, aiming for one relapse alone this month. Wish me luck guys and all the best to all of you.
