My understanding is that what you're referring to is "hard mode". No o'ing at all is hard mode..However, I think you shouldn't put restraints on things.. we are all here because we compulsively view porn and masturbate not because we have too much normal and healthy sex.
I see having healthy intimate sexual relations with someone else as reconditioning your brain to be aroused by reality. Not by pixels on the screen or by your own hand. Does that make sense? Hey! You got this. Just be vigilant and aware of your thoughts.. Do NOT fight those thoughts and urges. Just be aware of them. Let them come and go as you would with any of the other thousands of thoughts you have and don't revisit later on.
Remember, just because you think it, doesn't make it true. If you have a thought that says "I'm turned on and am gonna watch Porn". Or something similar, remember that it might not be actually true! Maybe you're bored, lonely, anxious, angry, sad or whatever. Just be aware and focus on breathing!
Best addiction I have planned to say goodbye to you in 2018. This is because all stress and misery come through you. I am someone with an extreme amount of energy in my body but because I give away every time to my pm addiction I have less energy for my family, friends, faith and my job.
