Brother I've been walking on the razor tip for ages now. Gotta get across to the other side.
I'm trying to get across, but it's tough.
I'll do it this time for sure.
Day 4- checking in and feel extra motivated, I'm not having any real urges and there isn't really a desire for me to PMO. Don't know if it's the semen retention or something (not great at science), but I'm hitting PRs in the gym as well. Feeling strong physically and mentally!
Day 3. Had a hectic but challenging day. Had some moderate urges during the evening but was able to bring things under control.
Alllllright , 2 days down. No signs of urges. Instead of laying in bed with a rock hard woody, got up walked around and it went away. That's going to be my new reaction.
So, what I'm about to do is the following. Whenever I feel an urge coming up or is there already, I'll go listen to my favourite kind of music and pick up my guitar. Just to set my mind of things. Doing things I like so I won't even be thinking about relapsing. Lets see if this works.
Day 5. Actually urges for the entire week has been insanely low. :O
But I'm tired school is tough and I got tons to do.
Now I'm going for a run and then I can get some sleep.
Day 1! Today seems to drag on forever! Looking forward to Day 2!
