Thanks man. Setting up shorter goals is exactly what I'm doing. Now I'm shooting for a week of no PMO then switching to no PM. I'm working on cultivating positive morning habits, self talk, and trying not to compulsively look on my phone. Don't worry, start with day 0 and just think to go past.
I decided to do every challenge in order to help myself to get to day 90 without M.
7+14+21+30 and we are already at 72 days.
