I celebrated today . And sex was included.

Complete! Omg almost there. Time flied by... I'm on the middle of a long road trip (5.000km), the last days have been easier

relapsed on day 3 . got back to day 0. now day 0 complete

 

One big reason why I'm relapsing at the moment regularly is because I've stop educating myself.

@Arun Kumar i think u only reset when u relapse. You might be on day 1 on a 14 day, but but day 8 overall. It tells people where u are overall.

 

Day 2, i'm feel good.

Day 7. Today was really hard. And tomorrow I'm going to be home alone all day. Not confident

I'm definitely going to try to be outside as much as possible but I have work to do and can't drive so it's not going to be easy.
