I'm definitely going to try to be outside as much as possible but I have work to do and can't drive so it's not going to be easy.
Day 3/14 Success ! I'm kept busy at work and at home so I don't have time for screens (TV, Computer, Phone)
Day10, Tips learned: plan activities ahead. Dont allow urself to be alone, and remind urself daily why u want to reboot. Lets complete this challenge ;D
Feeling heavy . Intermittent fasting for 18 to 20 hours daily for about a month will help me lose some weight
