Day 4/14 success again ! some urges but I went to the gym and it all faded away

Good luck everybody to reach day 14. All of you can reach those 14 days. I believe in the strength of you all. A pleasure of 1 second is not worth days of misery, keep that in mind.

Day 12/14 - Just two days to go.... One of my longest streak,, first after joining nofap,, won't stop though..... Feeling proud of myself....

Day 12; almost there.

 

Day 12 Checked ! Urges in middle of the night are getting a lot stronger

 

Day 8 . I went to the gym and now I don't feel the urge .

 

Relapsed after 6 days. Did not try fighting hard enough. Very dissapointed in myself
