It's ok , we all sometimes lose control and give in, don't feel guilty or sad about it!
Just try to identify your triggers, learn to avoid them, and get back on track asap ok ?
Rebooting is not a straight line, what's important is the direction you're going, and that's forward to more and more days without pmo compared to the ones you give in for some reason.
As long as we're trying, we're winning, but you can't quit, never !

Day 7/14 done. But I had a wet dream last night... I know it was the consequence of a sexual dream. Felt bad about it, but I think it is a part of the recovery I have to accept. I have to be aware of chaser effect and be strong today. already strong urges this morning.

So, finally I completed the challenge, hard mode. Currently I'm on day 15 and thankful to nofap, it has been the missing link in quitting PMO, hope that I won't be required to come back here.
Now, moving on to 30days challenge.
