Need a reboot. I have done 7 days before, so will try for 14 this time. Wish me luck, and same to you all. Will be doing no PM as have wife so no O not possible. Day zero. Next 4 days are usually the most difficult.
Day 2 Had a wet dreams last night which is a good sign! Today has been hard and I get triggers all the time cuz I’m so tired and stressed. Taking a lot to spot them away over and over. But this is what it means to change oneself and I am determined to do it! I’m not giving in!
