On day two but come 9pm tonight I will be on day three. Good job everyone. It is nice to read all your progress. It definitely makes me feel like I'm not alone.

Day 6. Did fight strong urges to m yesterday but stayed strong! Still no craving for porn

 

4 days. I'm fighting to the urges.

9 days! Wow! This is going very well! Some urges but I handled them pretty well.

Day 6. I can’t express how much this site is helping me. The other day I noticed just how my thoughts have changed. I used to be afraid to wear sweatpants out because I knew if I saw a attractive girl I would get hard because my pain associated attractiveness with porn. The other day I was out and I saw an attractive girl I was able to admire her without immediately getting hard. Porn really has messed me up, and I’m glad I am finally vigorously trying to break my addication. You all have been a big help. I hope everyone is have success with thier challenge. Let’s conquer our problems together!!!
