Relapsed, I been feeling awfull but I’m going to start again so, day 1

 

Day 6.

 

Day 5/ 14! 1/3 of this challenge has almost passed, let's keep going !

 

I have one question. I am married so if my wife and I get intimate would that be a reason for resetting to zero?

 

10 days done, even though it was close

 

Day 2! going strong

 

I’m on day zero if I join but I just started Nofap yesterday so no loss. Every once in a while I’ll think about like a urge rushing my body. It doesn’t hurt too much but I know what it’s like to get a few days.

 

Day 1/14.

 

Broke down again. I made it through 7 days easy but I've been out the game for the past week :/

 

Your enthusiasm is motivating! I have been noticing similar things.. Life is starting to become much more manageable as I move through this
