0/14 I've decided to weave this "hard mode" No PMO challenge (adhering to all the stated guidelines including no edging or O from any source) into my program.
Today I made my 14th day and I got big news, I started dating a wonderful girl, I really think my life is starting to change in a very good way
Day 1,I am tired of continuously giving in to this shameful act and regretting shortly after.I am stopping this for good this time.
Just finished the 7 day challenge so here goes! Day 0 let’s get itttt
Day 1/14. Feeling good + have mental clarity. It's gonna be a good day.
Eat right. Train. Sleep well. Read. Meditate. Do the things that heal your mind and body. Don't waste time destroying it. Keep going , guys.

Excuse me, what do you mean by "Note reset counter to make the tracking for this challenge easier. Tracking overall stats separately."? I think it might be useful for me, so I want to make it clear. Thank you!
So far going great, no urges. Keeping myself busy in work. No movies or social apps.
4/14...minimal urges so far. Good gym day. Meditated. Took my car to the shop for a oil change...light reading. Productive day.
Finished the 7-Day challenge today, so I'm gonna start this challenge.
