Day 14/14! Now on to 21 day challenge!
Day 4!!,no stopping now
Day 2. Tonight wasn't really hard, but many thoughts came during sleep, just not too strong. Before sleeping was the hardest part, my mind going through some arousing thoughts, but I managed to stay up a bit more and controlled it.
1/14 I've decided to weave this "hard mode" No PMO challenge (adhering to all the stated guidelines including no edging or O from any source) into my program.
Back at school, and mostly moved in, for the summer for an internship. It's good to be back in a place where people are around all the time to help keep me accountable

Starting on day 1 today. Hoping I can make it .
Good evening brothers,
I made the 7th day this evening and left the 7th day challenge...just joined the 14th day to keep the momentum...thanks for all the support. We can do it.
5/14. Feeling great. Weekends are great bc I get to spend time with my gf and really connect not only intimately, but mind and love, too.
If you're single and battling PMO or sexual addictions, take time and make time for your friends, family, gym and nature. You need to reframe what's meaningful in life and what's sustainable towards making you a better man.
Stay busy and productive. That's the goal. That's the move.
Every moment counts, guys. Make due with the time on this earth that you're given. We can expire tomorrow.
I’m paraphrasing but in the Bhagavad Gita, Lord Krishna said something along the lines of “for those who have no control over their minds, their mind is the worst enemy. But for those who can exercise that control, then the mind becomes your best friend.”
My mind is definitely not my best friend yet, but I will not let it be my worst enemy.
Day 3. Had a really good night, woke up feeling good. Yeah I'm feeling good. Made it for one more day.
